My 16x16in dreamscape of the place I call home: Invermere, BC, and its surrounding areas. This piece was commissioned by a wonderful fellow in Manitoba, for his wife’s birthday. This made it my first full-fledged landscape in my style. Because of my detail-orientated technique, I could jam-pack many “nods” to valley people and places, in the 16x16in space (details that were important to Rick’s wife Cindy and important to me as well). It was about a month in the making, and I am grateful to pay homage to the place where I grew up, and continue to do so.
